Asset Details — Device tab

The Device tab on the Asset Details page shows the gateway device assigned to the selected trailer, including identity fields, install status, and a link to the full device record.

What you see on the Device tab

The tab opens to a Device details card with the following fields:

• IMEI — The gateway’s IMEI. If the device record cannot be loaded, the tab falls back to the IMEI stored on the asset itself.

• Gateway model — The product name of the assigned gateway (for example, the Phillips Connect gateway model). If no model is recorded, this shows --.

• Installed — The gateway installation date, formatted as a readable date. If no install date is recorded, this shows --.

Actions

View in Devices — Opens the full device record in the Devices workspace. This button is disabled when no device record is linked to the asset.

Additional content

Below the Device details card, the tab may show:

• Device power section — Appears only when the asset has voltage sensor data.

• Voltage trend charts — Always shown below the details card.

Loading and error states

• While the device record is loading, the tab shows a loading spinner.

• If the device query fails, the tab displays Unable to load device.
