Assets Workspace Overview
The Assets workspace is your central hub for browsing, searching, and managing all connected trailers and equipment in your fleet. From here, you can view asset locations on a map, explore detailed sensor and configuration data, and filter your fleet to find exactly what you need.
What you can do in the Assets workspace
Search for specific assets — Use the Asset Search bar to find a trailer by ID, IMEI, or VIN when you know exactly which asset you're looking for.
Filter by criteria — Apply filters to narrow your fleet by location, health status, sensor readings, configuration, and more. Filters help you work with groups of assets that share common characteristics.
Visualize locations on the map — See where your assets are currently located and view their status at a glance on the map view.
Browse asset details — Open any asset to view configuration, sensor telemetry, health status, and historical data.
Work with asset lists — Use the list view to sort, scan, and act on groups of assets.
Workspace sections
Search
The search bar at the top of the workspace lets you quickly find a specific trailer. Search across all fields or narrow your search by Asset ID, Gateway IMEI, or VIN. Your search mode preference is saved between sessions.

Filters
The filter panel on the left side of the workspace lets you narrow your asset list based on location, sensors, configuration, and operational status. Save filter combinations as reusable filter sets for quick access to common workflows.
Map view
The map view displays your assets geographically, showing current locations and status indicators. Use the map to visualize where your fleet is operating and spot assets that may need attention.
Asset list
The asset list provides a tabular view of your filtered assets. Sort and scan multiple assets at once, and access bulk actions for selected items.
Asset details
Click any asset to open its detail view, where you can see configuration, sensor data, health status, location history, and other information specific to that trailer.
