List View - Overview
The List View in the Assets workspace displays your assets in a table format. You can sort, show or hide columns, save different table layouts, export your table data, and select rows for performing bulk actions.
Switch to List View using the view toggle at the top of the Assets workspace, next to Map View.
List View displays all assets that match your current filters and search criteria. Each row represents one asset. Click any row to open the full Asset Details page for that asset.

These columns appear when you first open the list view:
Asset ID — the unique identifier for the asset
Asset type — the asset category or type
Trip status — whether the asset is In Transit, Parked, or Dwelling
Time in trip status — how long the asset has been in its current trip state
Location Summary — a summary of the asset's location and movement
Last Reported Date — when the asset last sent data
Organization — the organization the asset belongs to
Asset Health — current health status (Healthy, Warning, Alert, Critical, Unknown)
Utilization (7d) — asset utilization over the configured time period
Sensor health columns - if respective sensors are configured for your assets: Air Bag health, Air Tank, ATIS health, Cargo Ultrasonic status, Door status, CargoVision status, Liftgate health, Light Circuit health, ATIS Regulator health, Wheel end health, TPMS health, Dual Imbalance health, Brake Wear, Brake Health, T/T Pair, Roll Stability
Conditionally visible columns

Agreement type — appears only when any asset in the current dataset has a lease or rent agreement.
Last Cargo Image, Floor Coverage %, Volume Filled % — appear only when CargoVision is enabled and visibility settings allow them.
Want to see more than this? See List View - Columns for the full list of available columns and how to show, hide, and reorder them.
Sorting the list
Click any column header to sort the list by that column. Click the same header again to reverse the sort order. Your sort preference is saved and persists as you navigate the workspace.
Some columns can't be sorted: Trip status, Time in trip status, and Location Summary. Clicking these headers doesn't change the sort order.
What else you can do here
Columns — Show, hide, reorder, and resize columns.
Table Layouts — Save your column setup as a named layout you can reload later, and share it with your organization.
Exporting — Download the current list as Excel or CSV, or send it by email.
Bulk Actions — Select multiple assets and transfer, share, or unshare them.
Creating and Uploading Assets — Add a single new asset or upload a batch of assets from a file.
Switching between views
Use the view selector in the top right of the Assets workspace to change how assets are displayed. Map View, List View, and Gallery View (available when the gallery feature is enabled for your organization) all use the same filters, search, and pagination state, so the same set of assets is visible in any view.
