List View - Bulk Actions
When your user role includes asset check permissions, checkboxes appear in the left column of the table. Select one or more assets, then choose an action from the Actions menu that appears above the table.
The Actions menu includes:
Transfer Assets — move the selected assets to a different organization.
Share — share the selected assets with another organization or group.
Unshare — remove an existing share from the selected assets.
If you do not see row checkboxes or the Actions menu, contact your administrator about your role permissions.
